TSW is the result of the partnership of founding principals Bill Tunnell, Jerry Spangler, and Thomas Walsh. The design solution also involved a creative approach to the structural systems. The design incorporates post tension and post joint concrete systems with steel and mild reinforced concrete to balance the programmatic requirements for clearances and high floor loads. The project was completed within the budget constraints.
